(1)Blood pressure measurement of 120 over 80 is considere normal, but if the pressure is consistantly 140 over 90 or hogher, then many doctor giagose that as hypertension.

(2)Hypertension can lead to stroke, heard disease, and heard attack. Studies in the past have concluded that women are less prone to high blood pressure than men, but newer findings show that as a woman gets older, her risk of hypertension becomes the same as that of a man.

(3)Doctors quantify just how much a woman could lower her risk of developing high blood pressure by follow combination of low risk lifestyle factors: exercice about thirty minuses a day, maintain a normal body weight by eating healthy diet, high-end fruits and vegetables and less red meat, keep alcohol consumption low, stay away from non-prescriptions pain reliefes, and take supplements to prevent anemia.

MY CHRISTMAS VACATION

I  was very excited for this year's Christmas because it would be my first ever in Canda! I indeed had a great time celebrating it this year.

On the day before Christmas Eve, I called up a few good friends and  I treated them at a dim sum restaurant. It is always of Chinese tradition that you must share the festivity with others to celebrate the friendships. We chatted about old times over the delicious dim sum, asked about each others' families and their future plans.

My family celebrated Christmas Eve with our neighbor, a lovely lady with an adorable daughter who studies Computer Science at University of Toronto. We cooked a dish to bring over to the dinner at their house too. They surprised us with some delicious pork ribs, cheese cake from Food Basic, as well as wine. We had a nice conversation about each other's jobs, lifestyles and our kids' education.

What kind of holiday it is without shopping! My family went out on Boxing Day to shop at Fairview Mall. There was a lot of people going in and out of  various stores which thought of some very attractive discounts. I bought myself a winter jacket at Jack & Jones and a few long-sleeve sweater from Hollister. My son bought two pair of shoes from Nike.
