An exciting ski trip

I had never gone skiing before. It was the first time to go skiing in my life. with wearing boots and helmet, I found that it would be very difficult to walking on the snow, not mention to slide. After getting up, tumbling backwards and getting up again, I finally controlled my balance and could ski gently.

I enjoyed this activity because, unlike many other sports. It was not competitive. when I went skiing I did not compete with other people, and there was no audience cheering me on. The only competitor was myself as I must control both my body and mind. I found this to be a rewarding and challenging experience.
